The BBK is the head office of the Federal National Crisis Management Agency in Germany. Processing of training applications – you process the training requests of our employees and inform them about training measures Consultancy and research – If you have any questions about the subject of further training, you will advise employees and research suitable training offers according to the needs of our employees Documentation of participation certificates – You enter the participation certificates in the PVSplus digital system Reporting – You can update the training overviews regularly and you can create analyses and overviews on training measures

You are a registered student (m/w/d) Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, drawing You bring high team and communication skills. In addition, you are willing to integrate into an existing team and take the initiative yourself You work carefully and reliably. You can also work in the organizational and administrative environment You bring very good language skills in German (C 1 gem. GER) with Regular availability on Fridays completes your profile
