With this training, you will be optimally prepared for cooperation in our team, where you will take important and responsible tasks from the outset. As a nursing assistant (m/w/d/mensch) you are far more than a helping hand – you are the indispensable partner of our nursing professionals. Together you ensure the welfare of our patients. In your working day, you support them professionally in body care and nutrition, but after new legislation you also carry out important medical tasks, such as putting medicines, changing associations or controlling vital signs. Helpfulness, team work and communication at eye level are at the heart of the day. In addition to professional and medical knowledge, you will learn how to accompany patients in every situation of life sensitively and competently. As a nursing assistant (m/w/d/mensch) you have a crisis-proof future with us: After your successful completion – and if everything fits between us – can You enter directly into our team or continue working in the same house and follow the shortened training as a nurse. At the end of the training, there are clear legal regulations that we naturally adhere to to to ensure you have an optimal start into the professional life. 1.5 years (or 18 months), theory and practice change In practical applications you can always find an experienced practical guide that supports you with advice and action Practical teaching in the demo room, also outside the theoretical school block Knowing various facilities of the association Wicker Health & Care The theoretical training is carried out in cooperation with the Wicker Education Centre in Bad Wildungen-Reinhardshausen

If you are willing to take responsibility for your actions, have an interest in medicine and technology and are looking for a profession with a secure future – there are only small additional statutory minimum requirements that you need to fulfill. For 1.5-year training as a nursing assistant (m/w/d/mensch) you need a main school degree or a positive approval of the nursing school if you want to do a training in care without completion.
