• Promoting continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Participation in local and global meetings and telephone conferences (in German and English).
• Close communication and cooperation with neighbouring research and development departments.

Your qualifications

Complete Bachelor Program in Natural Sciences, such as Pharmacy, Engineering or a Related Scientific Area

• Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Effective communication and conflict resolution capabilities as well as pronounced interpersonal skills (team work)
• experience in coordinating and managing projects and solving unique problems
