Our one-year trainee program prepares you ideally for your entry into the technical sales service. This year you work at our headquarters in Waldenburg (near Heilbronn). You will be accompanied from the beginning by a:n Mentor:in. You run through all sales-related departments, get to know our product portfolio and regularly accompany your experienced sales team: in the field service. This intensive contact with your later interfaces not only facilitates your entry into professional life – but gives you a real advantage. After completion of the program, you will take your own sales area in the Essen region, Gelsenkirchen, Solingen with the following tasks: Act confidently: attracting new customers and supporting existing customers Keep in mind: Presentation of our product portfolio “passive components” and our services to your customers on site within your sales area Technically glossy: Competent consulting of your customers at the design-in Ensure everything: supply creation including independent pricing, support of the projects up to the conclusion of the contract and beyond Organize optimally: Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments in the home office

Basics: Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology or Communication Technology, or degree to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) Passion: enthusiasm for sales and regional readiness to travel Flexibility: You are ready to temporarily move to Waldenburg for the 12 month onboarding (money grant possible) Communication: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Strengths: communication joy, flexibility and high self-motivation
