The job in the area of procurement makes an important contribution to the value creation of the company by ensuring a reliable supply of the required materials and allowing exciting insights into the world of food production. Procurement management: independent planning and execution of the purchase for various materials, products and services, in compliance with price, quality and delivery times. Supplier management: selection and support of suppliers, management of price and contract negotiations and the establishment and maintenance of long-term, strategic business relations Market analysis: Identification of new suppliers and products and the permanent optimization of the procurement strategy. Monitoring of stocks of raw materials: monitoring stocks, planning of requirements and ordering of goods to ensure a successful supply and minimisation of bottlenecks. Cost control: Analysis and optimization of procurement costs. Coordination: Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth supply of goods. Quality assurance: ensure that the goods and services purchased comply with the quality requirements of the company.

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the area of purchasing or procurement Professional experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a comparable environment Very good knowledge in the areas of supplier management and contract negotiations Safe handling of numbers and an analytical thinking ability to evaluate offers and costs High negotiating and communication skills Funded knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for analysis and processing of data Teamability, Enforcement and a Structured Operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
