HR Generalist Defence (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Control and implementation of all HR processes taking into account legal, tariff and operational requirements and professional communication with all stakeholders Responsibility for the entire recruitment process, including the creation and follow-up of recruitment documents, contract management, additional agreements and onboarding Implementation of personal administration, in particular maintenance of personal master files in SAP, management of digital personal files and legally secure documentation and archiving Processing of individual and disciplinary measures in cooperation with executives and works councils, including works council hearings, certificates, work certificates and BEM cases Advice on individual personnel topics, training measures, educational leave and other HR special topics as well as the development of appropriate recommendations for action Management of offboarding, acquisition of special tasks and participation in HR projects, and continuous development of multi-site HR processes and tools in close cooperation with HR partners and co-determination bodies

Your profile: Commercial or HR-specific training with multi-year professional experience in human resources, preferably in an industrial company Good knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining, social and labour law and labour law Secure handling of MS Office and SAP HCM Very good German knowledge Self-responsible operation, high service orientation, communication strength, team capacity and readiness to travel
