What awaits you:

• As a Data Account Manager (m/w/d), you analyze the associated customers in detail and qualify customer contacts.
• You analyze and acquire the new customer potential, tap the existing customer potential and reduce the churn rate.
• You advise, acquire and sell complex, consulting-intensive and customer-specific solutions to the assigned named accounts in stock and associated prospects (new acquisition).
• You conduct sales projects and participate in public sector tenders.
• You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses on your own using detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• In cooperation with your sales team, you will ensure the achievement of personal and team sales targets.
• You run account and project-related professional project teams to implement complex projects.

What distinguishes you:

• Abitur and completed commercial training as minimum requirement, ideally completed university studies
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of direct sales in the business customer environment, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
• Technical knowledge and excellent expertise in the field of fixed network and ICT solutions
• Negotiating skills and security in difficult negotiations
• High interest in dealing with modern information and telecommunications technologies
• Very good presentation skills
• Highly independent work

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
