Associate Technical Consultant ServiceNow (m/f/d)

Be innovative: Develop and optimise innovative ServiceNow solutions for a variety of adesso customers in various industries such as automotive, manufacturing, banking, retail and life science. Check and develop tailor-made solutions: work closely with our business consultants to create technical and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow and to design tailor-made solutions for our customers. Support ServiceNow Projects: Support in the introduction, configuration and training of ServiceNow products, in particular topic-specific NOW modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, IRM/GRC, Secops) and develop “real” customer processes. Be in contact with our customers: Conduct customer appointments and actively support the development and development of the ServiceNow@adesso Competence Center to quickly identify and solve challenges. Extend our partnership: contribute to the expansion of the partnership with ServiceNow and work together with the adesso specialist compliance centers for e.g. Security, GRC, Manufacturing or Retail to help shape the future of our ServiceNow projects.

DEIN PROFIL Funded knowledge: You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree in the field of (economic) informatics or in comparable areas. ServiceNow experience: Ideally, you bring experience in the IT consulting environment with Focus ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform and have a ServiceNow certification as a “Certified System Administrator”. Technical knowledge: You have knowledge and fun in handling solutions and interface concepts as well as in industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript and SQL. Project methods: You have first experiences in project methods (waterfall, scrum or hybrid) and are ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum. Soft Skills: You are a valuable team player with a binding way of working. KI competence: You are curious about Artificial Intelligence, using AI-supported tools in your working day and build your skills step by step. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
