Key Account Management to Airlines, coordination and maintenance of special services (seated space reservations etc.) Notification and control of passenger data to service providers and communication of changes to all relevant departments Maintenance of airline-related data in all systems Development and implementation of master data concepts and processing of new requirements and projects for the further development of the reservation system Creation and maintenance of master data, in particular on arrival and departure, insurance, services and system bases Conducting tests on bookings and master data for release changes or new requirements

Complete training or studies in tourism, marketing or business Ideally first professional experience in product management or reservation in a tourist company Funded knowledge in organizer reservation systems (ideally DaVinci) Ability to quickly capture and understand technical relationships High motivation and interest to deal intensively with the tourist aspects of the cruise product Self-responsible and entrepreneurial way of thinking and way of action Embossed organisational skills, flexibility and interest in optimizing digital processes Teamability and high communication skills Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
