Team Leader Portfolio Development (m/f/d)

As a team leader*in you take on the professional and personnel management of the employees in close coordination with the department manager In your role as a central contact person, you coordinate and accompany internal and external stakeholders, clients and users from the urban environment to the final implementation decision You design the functions in this area and structure cooperation with the project participants You continuously work on the further development of the processes within the respective implementation models. In the context of the Bau administration rule, you develop project concepts from your own real estate portfolio, obtain site analyses and support in stock changes and portfolio access You assess the economic feasibility of optimization and further development projects as well as the assessment of the associated commercial risks You develop financing and rental concepts, organise, where appropriate, the application for funding and coordinate the relevant specialist authorities for the implementation of the projects You initiate and develop feasibility studies, demand analyses and the creation of building rights You control and negotiate project-related contracts and are responsible for contract management until handover to the specialist departments You keep an eye on dates and budgets and ensure transparency through a clear reporting

You have completed a successful study in the field of business or real estate, or a training as a real estate businessman/wife as well as a relevant further education, e.g. on the real estate economist*in You already bring leadership experience in project development or project management You already have experience in the creation of cost-effectiveness analyses and can derive recommendations for action and investment decisions You are characterized by organisational and negotiation skills and work independently and solution-oriented Your conceptual skills enable you to develop topics both individually and in the team and in a targeted manner You occur safely and confidently, like to communicate at all levels and are open to constructive exchange You enjoy unique properties - just like us!
