Project Developer Security Technology – Stuttgart (m/f/d)

Solutions that need to work later in operation are created in the design in Stuttgart – technically cleanly planned, practically conceived and closely coordinated with service, construction management and sales. You plan and project security systems (brand, break-in and video systems) and ensure that clean, technically sophisticated solutions are created from requirements that can be implemented reliably later. You take projects after the first contact by the external service and are responsible for the technical development – from the system selection to the feasible planning according to the current guidelines. You are the technical interface between service, construction management, indoor and outdoor services and ensure that all participants work with a clear, resilient planning. You test technical feasibility, detect risks early on and bring structure into complex requirements. You work software-assisted and structured (e.g. Microsoft 365) and keep using existing planning documents efficiently.

Experience in the planning of safety equipment or first sound contact points with planning e.g. B. From Service, construction or comparable technical functions Electrical engineering training or a comparable technical qualification Very good technical understanding and the ability to translate requirements in structured solutions Safe handling of digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365) German fluent in word and writing Joy in cooperation on technical interfaces and in structuring and bringing together different requirements This is a plus – but no need: Experience with CAD, 3D or BIM planning Knowledge of VdS policies or a corresponding qualification Background as designer or technical planner in safety technology
