To strengthen our process development team at our company headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (near Stuttgart), we are looking for you now.

As a member of our team, you develop digital processes, analyze and optimize existing processes and design them in terms of standardization and automation. They actively participate in the design of business-wide business processes using SAP Signavio BPMN. They accompany the departments and IT as part of your interface function from the idea to the successful implementation of new processes and structures. They introduce Quality Gates and support continuous process optimization. They take over the project management or provide project support. You take over the moderation of workshops and the presentation of the results. They are responsible for implementing uniform methods and tools in process analysis and documentation.

They have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, VWL, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in modeling and analysis and (further) development of processes and structures. They are familiar with software for modeling processes (e.g. SAP Signavio), as well as common office tools and ideally have experiences with Atlassian applications such as JIRA/Confluence. Excellent analytical and communicative skills, persuasiveness and enthusiasm are yours. They understand divergent interests, balance them and lead to a common solution. The readiness for occasional business trips and good English skills complete your profile.
