Finance & Operations Specialist (Full-time) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our internal preparatory financial accounting including the digital document management in DATEV companies online. You check, configure and process input and output invoices and ensure their correctness and accuracy. You'll start accounting in a modern greenfield billing tool and coordinate payment transactions. You monitor payment inputs and outputs as well as our receivable management. You will vote property, debitor and creditor accounts together with our tax advisor. You support monthly and annual accounts and liquidity planning. You provide a reliable care of our financial, customer and supplier master files. You continuously develop our commercial and administrative processes and actively support their digitalization. You support our team in organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that our daily business works efficiently.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in accounting, preparatory accounting or commercial matters. Good knowledge of DATEV companies online as well as dealing with Microsoft Excel. A structured, careful and independent way of working.
