Teamleiter (m/w/d) We are looking for you as a team leader (m/w/d) in the area of inability to work/invalidity for our health care centre in Berlin at the next possible time in full time. You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of up to 15 employees. Together with your team, you will ensure a reliable and customer-oriented support of our voluntary insured members in all questions concerning inability to work/health. You can also keep an overview in complex situations and drive existing work processes efficiently using key figures. You lead, develop and support your team in day-to-day business and, together with your team, support our voluntarily insured members in all matters relating to incapacity/health. You always have an open ear for your employees and accompany and coach your team at eye level. As a 'guide', you coordinate and structure the tasks in your team and get the best out of your employees. In doing so, you encourage each person proactively and individually in their further development. You analyze meaningful KPI's and derive optimization potentials as well as action recommendations. You always have a look at the further development and redesign of workflows. In cooperation with internal business areas, you assess legal issues and requirements.

For your optimal start as a manager, you will receive a comprehensive and professional introduction. We offer flexible working hours - without core working time - at a 38.5 hours/week.
