Head of Outpatient Nursing (m/f/d)

At the Caritas Rhein-Erft, we are looking for a department management of outpatient care, which has the strategic and operational responsibility for our outpatient care area with approx. 300 employees in 10 outpatient services, 2 day care and care consultancy.

You design the technical, organizational and economic development of the entire department and lead an interdisciplinary team with clarity, appreciation and vision. At a stage of further development and reorientation, you connect well-known with new impulses and promote open, constructive cooperation. Together, we ensure that people in the home environment are supplied reliably, professionally and humanly. General responsibility for the management and further development of the department Ambulante Care Building, optimizing and ensuring sustainable organisation and leadership structures Conceptual and strategic development of the department as required by the market Economic management of the department including pay negotiations, budget and economic planning Personnel strategy: Extraction, binding and development of executives and employees Ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation within the association and with external partners Representation of the department to cost-beneficiaries, supervisory authorities, bodies, politics and church Representation at conferences, network meetings and events

Complete study in the field of care, health or social management or comparable qualification Very good business, legal and professional knowledge in nursing or care Social protection Found experience in leadership, organisational development and human resources management Professional experience in a leading function in outpatient care desirable Enthusiasm, paired with hands-on mentality & enforcement ability Impressed leadership, determination and strategic thinking Communication and negotiation skills as well as safe occurrence inside and outside Identification with the values and objectives of the Caritas
