You have the overall responsibility for these customer situations and the corresponding delivery of services across all DATAGROUP areas. You guarantee the SLA attitude. Your passion is the permanent optimization of the delivery processes. You also support the project management and account management. Successfully completed technical or business studies or equivalent training as well as good knowledge in IT. Multiannual professional experience in managing customers and teams from power-generating units. Good knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL. Rhetorical skill and safe occurrence. Takeover of responsibility and high enforcement capability. Customer-friendly and service-oriented operation. Embossed social competence and team skills. Reliable, structured operation and high solution competence. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (Language level C1)
