You support our recruiting team in all processes of recruiting staff and are so active in attracting new talents. When recruiting specialists and executives for the areas assigned to you, you will bring your expertise into shape and shape the selection process. The visibility of application documents and the implementation of interviews (telephone, virtual and on-site) as well as the support of selection procedures are your core tasks. During the entire recruitment process, you will be asking for communication with the applicants to ensure a positive applicant experience. You work closely with staff support and take over general organizational tasks that support the smooth running. Practical experience in the field of personnel, especially in recruiting, will help you and use them in a targeted manner. Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office are of course for you.
