As part of the team in wage and financial accounting, your focus is on the care and processing of the monthly pay bill. In addition, you take over various administrative tasks relating to the employment relationship of our employees. In detail, this means: You are responsible for the production of our employees' wage and salary bills You are on our side as a contact person for billing-relevant questions You maintain master and movement data in our accounting and time recording system As an interface to authorities, insurance companies and health insurance companies, you take over the reporting and certification settlement of occupational pension plans in cooperation with our external financial advisor Support for reporting by providing staff key figures administrative activities in the context of staff support with the possibility to contribute to an interest-oriented role
