Tour Planner/ Disponent (m/w/d) für den Nahverkehr / Staff in Strategic Transport Management in full time (39.0 hours/ week)

Together with your colleagues (m/w/d), you are planning the day tours of our motorists (m/w/d) in local traffic and are the first contact person for your area. Through your conscientious and accurate operation, you make sure that all safety regulations are complied with in the fleet. You are in exchange with other departments and thus ensure a smooth process, as well as a trouble-free flow of information. You decide on the strategic and operational tour planning in the current daily business and on personnel deployment. You always trade customer-oriented and economical. With your team, you discuss the cross-tour optimization potential and improve your workflows in the ongoing process. You report directly to the fleet manager. The exchange with those responsible for technology and the communication with the distribution are your everyday life.

You have a successfully completed training in commercial/peditional or logistical areas and ideally experience in fleet disposition. A safe handling of MS – Office and, if necessary, SAP are a matter of course for you. You are team-ready, communicative and engaged. Your Hands- on – mentality characterizes you. Also in situations with a high work volume you keep a cool head and use your solution-oriented skills. Your good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile. Other foreign language skills are also advantageous.
