Human Resources Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on development, consulting and employment law

For the Malteser in the north and east, we are looking for a staff management (m/w/d) at the closest possible time with a service in Lohne (Oldenburg). We are a Catholic service company with diverse social and charitable tasks, in particular in the areas of social services, rescue services, driving services and outpatient care and care. Our regional office supports the regions northeast and northwest with around 10,000 employees and 9,000 volunteers in ten federal states. As part of a new set-up of our nearly 60-member HR department, we are looking for a strategically thinking leadership personality that will shape our staff work in both regions in a future-proof, legally compliant and value-oriented manner. They lead as a field management with a focus on development, consulting and labour law and lead the area management with a focus on administration, processes and billing in a cooperative management model. Together with your team, you are involved in a well-functioning network of other parts of the company and have contact persons at our headquarters in Cologne. Together with the regional management, design the staff work of the Malteser for the future.

They bear the overall responsibility for personnel work and report to the regional management As part of the extended regional management, you will be involved in strategic considerations of the two regions and advise the management As Head of Development, Consulting and Labour Law, you take on operational responsibility They lead the employees of the HR department with high appreciation in a cooperative leadership style. In mutual representation, you work confidently with the department management administration, processes and billing They advise the regional management and all management of the two regions in personal and legal matters They control and are responsible for the implementation of personnel development instruments in coordination with the central personnel development (e.g. employee survey, potential analysis, demography management, etc.) They ensure sustainable personnel recovery and retention, in particular in the services affected by the shortage of skilled workers They support the leaders in the (further) development of a human-facing leadership culture on the basis of the self-understanding of the Malteser based on Christian faith They implement central personal-strategic measures and processes with a view to local specialties consistently and sustainably You will advise central bodies on projects of your themes and on issues of the strategy to ensure practical staff work throughout the Malteser network

Clear identification with the values, tasks and objectives of our Catholic aid organisation and the willingness to bring them to bear in the work of staff as a practicing Christ or practicing Christ. Complete studies (e.g. psychology, law or business management) with a focus on staff or comparable, long-term professional experience Multiannual relevant expertise and leadership experience (ideally also in leadership at distance) Strength in process-oriented thinking and the establishment of qualitative and efficient processes Embossed IT affinity and joy in developing forms of digital cooperation Resilience and the ability to self-control Consultancy, decision-making and communication strength Knowledge of ecclesiastical labour law is desirable Travel readiness for punctual and scheduled service trips With the same suitability, people with a disability are preferably set.
