Consulting & Risk Assessment You analyse complex material risks, evaluate existing insurance programs and advise customer satisfaction as well as customers on technical issues relating to contract design, cover concepts and individual insurance strategies. Conception & sales support You develop tailor-made cover models, create offer analyses and meaningful presentations and actively support the acquisition, expansion and long-term care of demanding customer connections. Placement & negotiations You place individual property insurance concepts on the market, conduct challenging contractual and conditional negotiations with insurers and ensure optimal insurance coverage taking into account customer requirements. Contract and Damage Management You accompany the entire insurance process, from polishing to ongoing contractual adjustment to technical assistance in case of damage, premium income collection and ensuring high quality of service. Network & Collaboration You coordinate cooperation with customer service providers, specialist departments, insurers and international network partners, drive the optimization of product solutions and processes forward and sustainably strengthen customer satisfaction through your professional expertise.
