Trainee plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d)

Set up and operate injection moulding machines: change tools, adjust machine parameters, start processes – you become a professional at our machine park Rubber and plastic material: You learn how different elastomers behave – natural rubber, silicone, SBR, NBR, EPDM, TPE, FKM and many more. Making mold and composite parts: You manufacture components that are later installed in devices and machines from known brands Monitoring and Optimizing Processes: You recognize when what is wrong – and learn what it is and how to fix it Quality control: You learn how components are tested, measured and released Continuous improvement: If you notice anything, you will introduce suggestions that will be implemented. Production data and material flow: You work with our own Inhouse-MES system Patterning and tool start: When a new tool is put into operation by our tool design, you are here when the first components are created

You have a good school degree – whether middle school, real school or (special) abitur. What degree is less important to us than what you made of it. You have technical understanding and interest in machines and materials. Ever built with Lego technology, a bicycle itself screwed, or simply like ''How does it work' questions? Maths and physics are yours. You don't have to be a 1 pupil, but bring some basic understanding of mathematics. You like to work with your hands and focus – even if it takes several hours German at a very good level – for technical understanding and communication in the office and at the machine. You want to learn. We invest 3 years in you and expect the same from you.
