Ensuring the smooth integration and further development of HR systems with focus on employee management, time recording and payroll Close cooperation with specialist departments, developers and service providers to make product solutions customer-oriented Product Roadmap and product features in time and budget Responsibility for the functional development of the module after the introduction Optimization of processes in cooperation with the Process Owners, in particular for Payroll and Time Economy

Multiannual experience as Product Owner or in a similar position in the HR environment (preferably LOGA HR applications) Multiannual experience in implementing IT projects in the field of HR using classic, hybrid and agile methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) in IT project management Strong communication and enforcement capabilities as well as strong team skills Solution-oriented and analytical work and a high degree of self-initiative
