Working Student HR Learning and Development (m/f/d)

You support our learning and development team in the planning, organisation and implementation of further education. You coordinate appointments, participants and trainers: inside the Learning Management system and keeps all the details in mind. You actively participate in the onboarding of new colleagues – from appointment to presentation of the onboarding session. You support trainings and workshops organizationally and ensure a smooth process. You're posing KPIs, updating data and supporting us in the processing of dashboards and reports. You work in internal HR and L&D projects and introduce your ideas to further develop our learning culture.

You are currently studying (e.g. economic, social or human sciences or a comparable degree programme). You work organized, structured and reliable – even if several tasks are at the same time. You bring very good MS Office skills and ideally have first experience in the HR or Learning environment. You communicate clearly, professionally and like to work in the team. You have a quick understanding, think with and take responsibility where it is necessary. You speak German and English fluently and feel safe in dealing with different stakeholders.
