Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology 40 hours a week / fixed working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) (m/f/d)

· Own-responsible brushing and setting of a plurality of plastic injection machines as well as their associated periphery in order to cover a diverse range of tasks. · Execution and careful documentation of process procedures after in-depth testing of the tools as well as the execution of production-related tests. · Continuous monitoring and optimization of machine parameters to ensure efficient operation. · Processing of various plastic granules on fully automatic and fully electric injection moulding machines to ensure a smooth production process. · Quality monitoring of products to ensure high standards. · Optimization of injection molding processes with the aim of continuously improving both the quality and cycle time. · Self-fulfilment of maintenance and cleaning work on the plants to maintain their longevity and performance.

· Design as a process mechanic for plastic or as a plastic moulder (m/w/d) · Funded knowledge in the field of plastic forming · Knowledge of the processing of various plastics such as POM, PC, PP, PA, PE and more · Experience in monitoring, controlling and optimising production processes · A team-oriented, reliable and independent way of working · Custom, careful and quality conscious to work · Presence of a truck and passenger car licence · Ideally good knowledge in MS Office · A safe handling of the machine controls of Arburg, Boy and Fanuc is desirable.
