In order to support the team of the residential care community (WPG) that we are in an outpatient position for people with dementia in Hamburg St. Georg, we are looking for nurses (m/w/d) in part-time until 37 (full-time) hours a week. In a residential care community for people with dementia are working with fixed teams. About 20 employees are provided with dementia for 8 to 10 people. Employees work in the 2 shift system (spring and late service). At least two employees, mostly 3 employees, are together in the layers on site. This is an optimal staff key. at night is a person in service. We offer:

Tasks in the residential care community

• Careful care of residents • Support and design of the daily routine • Activation and care of residents • Computer-assisted care documentation
