You develop and extend modern AI prototypes for in-house process optimization, in particular for document-based workflows and the processing of unstructured data. You get the free space to try new and creative approaches, implement prototypes independently and implement solutions for real problems. The focus is on method-open work in the AI sector. You evaluate different models, from classic approaches to modern foundation models, compare architecture, quality and feasibility and thus implement innovative AI solutions. With the help of modern tools, you derive modeling approaches from raw data and convert them into functional concepts. You introduce their own ideas for new use cases and optimize existing workflows step by step. Technical findings document you clearly and make decisions based and method-oriented.

You have completed their studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you can convince by a pronounced technical talent and relevant practical experience. Practical experience with AI models or data-driven projects will help you to develop and pursue ambitious goals. Python is your tool that you use safely and routined with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, transformers or scikit-learn. You analyze complex questions, work experimentally and with enthusiasm for fast prototyping. You make methodologically sound decisions. Your curiosity on new tools, model architectures and modern AI systems drives you. Technical know-how meets your creative solutions: You work independently and solution-oriented, introduce innovative ideas and communicate your results and decisions clearly and convincingly.
