Your mission

Strategic design: advise our teams as well as top management on all issues of waste, environmental and regulatory law and accompany our strategic initiatives legally from the start.

Become a contract expert: You first and check disposal, recycling and material flow contracts as well as AGB and are an interface to general economic law. So you lay the right-wing foundation for our strategic and operational projects.

Design regulatory change: Follow new legal developments at national and EU level proactively and translate regulatory trends early into concrete recommendations for action for our company.

Bundling legal expertise: Tax cooperation with specialised law firms in complex environmental and waste law issues as well as administrative procedures and represent the interests of our company as a strong partner at eye level.

Your profile

Qualification:You are a full lawyer with above-average results or top qualified business lawyer with many years of relevant professional experience.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in environmental and waste management - preferably collected in a company or an economic law firm form your basis

Working method: Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented work is of course for you.

Personality: You are characterized by your ability to bring complex legal matters to the point in a concise and understandable manner. With your communicative style and strong team spirit, you convince on all levels. In addition, the motivation drives you to continue to train yourself and work into new legal and regulatory topics.

Languages: Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
