This makes the job interesting for me: 50Hertz drives the energy transition with highly available and secure IT systems. In my role as Service Owner, I end-to-end the platforms for bottleneck management and Redispatch. I ensure that processes, systems and interfaces work reliably even in regulatory changes, high load and increasing complexity. I therefore make a direct contribution to network stability and secure integration of renewable energies in the European electricity system. My tasks in detail: Operation & Development: Ensuring stable, secure and SLA-compliant operation of data exchange and integration solutions, Monitoring & troubleshooting: analysis and troubleshooting along the entire data and interface chain, Incident, Change & Release Management: Planning, coordination and implementation across system and application boundaries, Quality & Sustainability: derivation and implementation of sustainable measures to avoid errors and improve quality, readiness to call: participation in the IT-readiness (remote) to ensure operational operation, Requirement management: recording, structuring and evaluation of technical and technical requirements, as well as creating clear, implementable specifications, Control and coordination: specialist management of external service providers as well as close coordination with IT operations and departments, Consolidation & Architecture: Analysis of existing data exchange solutions, development of an overarching target and reduction of island solutions for standardization and transparency, End-to-end management: Responsibility for data flows from technical requirements to stable operation including identification of risks and optimization potentials.

completed studies of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications, Multiannual experience as Service Owner or Application Manager of complex IT systems, knowledge in operation and in the further development of complex application platforms, including containerized architectures (e.g. Kubernetes) as well as complex system and network topologies, experience in operating heterogeneous system landscapes and complex networks, knowledge of ITIL-based service management, experiences in IT provider control, IT monitoring and IT operation management, Very good knowledge of German and English (C1).
