Examination, clarification and release of invoices Preparation of initial invoices and monitoring of open payments Procurement, testing and maintenance of data for statistics in waste and waste management Creation of evaluations and reports Collection and maintenance of waste management systems managing administrative tasks, including correspondence with business partners, documentation as well as storage and archiving Takeover of general commercial activities

Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience Excellent interest and good understanding of technical and logistic processes Very good knowledge in handling the MS Office package (in particular MS-Excel) Experience in handling SAP is desirable High level of commitment, team capacity and self-employment as well as strong organizational skills Embossed customer orientation, communication skills and sovereign appearance towards business partners Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Interest in topics of circular economy
