The following tasks await you: Conception and implementation of an integrated management system (IMS) for the group of companies including international features Further development of existing quality and environmental management systems as well as rollout into the subsidiaries Implementation of internal self-assessments and preparation, implementation and follow-up of external audits (e.g. ISO certifications) Analysis of audit and management assessments with subsequent derivation and control of improvement measures Contact person for internal departments, external auditors and customers for certification requests Creation and presentation of management reports based on aggregated data from the international corporate network

To be ready for your journey, you have the following qualifications in your luggage: Completed study in the field of environmental, quality management, economic engineering or in a comparable study subject as well as at least. 6 years of professional experience. Passion and experience for integrated management systems and sustainable organisational development. Expertise in the application and implementation of assessments in accordance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001), process and risk-based approach supported by quality management and optimization methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why or PDCA. Your way of working is characterized by strategic thinking, a pronounced analytical capability, results-oriented action, international communication strength and a high quality standards
