Operational and strategic leadership of the small team in the fields of construction & development Self-employed development of innovative solutions with overall responsibility along the complete product development processes Conducting competitive analyses, tracking the development of new materials and evaluation or Assessment of trials and prototype tests Own control of compliance with standards, directives and safety regulations Optimisation of cross-departmental cooperation with other departments such as sales, purchasing, quality assurance and welding technology as well as regular reporting to the management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification from the fields of steel and metal construction or of welding technology Insufficient professional experience in the above topics knowledge of structural steel and metal construction and of standardization and patenting; ideally with experience in handling Autodesk Inventor Impressive innovation capability, paired with hand-on mentality and enforcement strength to implement your own development projects Safe English knowledge of international business exchange is a must, French of advantage
