As Customer Care Manager (m/w/d), as a team leader of our aftersales team, you are the central point of contact for our customers in our Aftersales/Service area. With your structuring, communicative and solution-oriented way, make sure that service requests, complaints and spare parts orders are handled smoothly – and our customers are always well-maintained. In detail: Competent and binding support and advice of our national and international customers in the aftersales Discipline and professional management of the aftersales team Active design and improvement of our aftersales/service processes in close cooperation with the technical service Operational daily business: receiving, processing and tracking of service requests and complaints Coordination of service operations in close coordination with the technical service Organisation of spare parts, rental equipment and other services Creation of offers and calculations for maintenance, rebuilds or spare parts Processing of international service orders including export and shipping processing Maintenance and documentation of all services in the CRM/ERP system Creation of sales documents, as well as evaluations & statistics
