Market orientation: They analyze market trends and manage customer needs to ensure that digital solutions are managed customer-oriented. Among other things, you perform benchmarking analyses to continuously improve the portal and features and services. Requirement management: You collect and analyze customer and other stakeholders’ requirements as well as legal requirements (e.g. EU Data Act), manage strategies and ensure that these are resource-optimized in implementation, including by fine-tuning requirements and designing service blueprints. Roadmap planning: They support the development of strategic positioning and are responsible for the roadmap planning with a focus on the topic of digital commerce in cooperation with cross-division working groups. Further development of the Digital Commerce Services: They optimise and extend the Digital Commerce Services and the Licences & Services Portal for digital solutions such as digital applications, e-learnings and services and orchestrate the market presence in cooperation with the communications departments. Establishing an API Marketplace and Developer Portal: They are responsible for the establishment and further development of the API marketplace and developer portal as well as end-to-end processes and governance models to integration into third-party marketplaces. Stakeholder management and integration into the Liebherr environment: They work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into the Liebherr environment and partner ecosystems. They coordinate the implementation of marketing and training materials and organize events for different stakeholders, embedded in the MyLiebherr overall conception. KPIs definition and tracking: They define relevant KPIs for measuring the success of the solutions and continuously follow the measures to be derived therefrom.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or comparable vocational training with corresponding further training. Multiannual experience in product management, project management and digital commerce, with a focus on digital solutions and API solutions. Knowledge of the development and implementation of digital business models and process management. Experience with agile working methods as well as knowledge in handling tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
