As Regional IMS Manager*in (w/m/d), you are part of a senior team within the People & Business Assurance division.

You shape the future of our business area, through proactive analysis and improvement of our existing management and business processes, work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that all processes run effectively, efficiently & in high quality and lay the foundation for our common success. You support and work with BS-specific quality, HSE, data security, information security, QHSE, DS-ISMS processes. You analyze the current BS-specific IMS processes as well as their service processes (training, consulting, certification) and implement necessary changes / optimization potentials for the BS in coordination with all stakeholders (Regional QHSE DS ISMS Team, Business Stakeholder). You bring the methodological knowledge, first & advises on formal BS-specific process descriptions and care for the establishment and maintenance of report standards for QHSE, data protection and IT security at local & regional level. You work with Group Data Protection and Information Security to define business and sector-specific governance levels and advise on BS-specific data protection and information security processes.

Other tasks You control, plan and carry out internal/process-related audits and security efforts for the BS. You evaluate BS-specific risks and derive concrete recommendations for action. You support the implementation of BS-specific training to raise awareness for QHSE DS/ISMS.

Completed (company) degree in the target area Flowing English skills (B2 upper intermediate level) Very good handling of MS Office products Solid experience with management systems (e.g. 9001, 14001, 27001), confidentiality with GDPR Proven experience in process analysis and improvement as well as basic knowledge in the field of request analysis and project management required Experience in working within group or matrix structures with intercultural skills
