Engineer Technical Building Services (TGA) – SHK, Electrical or Ventilation Technology (m/f/d)

You accompany the technical planning and development of the technical building equipment (TGA) for the construction of the ''FFB Fab'' and ensure the consideration of functionality, operational safety, wartability, energy efficiency and user requirements. You control and coordinate the planning offices and project partners involved, check planning documents and TGA concepts and represent the technical interests and requirements of Fraunhofer FFB. You accompany tendering and implementation processes – from the examination of technical performance lists and offers, the procurement and execution of orders to acceptances and defect tracking. Together with internal and external partners, you develop technical solutions and help build standards, processes and structures for the future building operation of the ''FFB Fab'' and ''FFB PreFab''. You support the operational building operation of the ''FFB PreFab'' in technical questions and take a central role in commissioning and handing over the technical installations of the ''FFB Fab''.

You have completed technical university studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology, building technology or electrical engineering. a comparable technical field. You bring practical experience in the planning, implementation, project management and ideally also in the operation of technical building equipment – preferably in the industrial, research, laboratory or production environment – and have good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and requirements. Ideally, you have experience in technical project management, in cooperation with specialist planning offices and external service providers, as well as in tendering and awarding processes. You work structured, independent and forward-looking, can evaluate complex technical requirements and combine different interests into viable solutions. You convince by communication and cooperation, sense of responsibility and a sovereign appearance. Knowledge of CAD/BIM applications and/or SAP are advantageous.
