You learn with this training, what matters in our community: You combine the practice with the theory at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences (once a month, Friday/Saturday, you will take place You gain the basics for your work in the field of “market and integration” in the Jobcenter The course of study is aimed at those who want to professionally advise and support people with SGB II services – especially in issues of unemployment, social security and vocational education. The goal is a holistic support of our customers. You run various departments of the Jobcenter Kreis Gütersloh at the locations in Gütersloh, Halle (Westf.) or Rheda-Wiedenbrück in the practical phases. The focus of your practical training at the job center is the holistic advice, promotion and placement of unemployed people who receive SGB II services. The aim is to support people in (threatening) unemployment and to accompany integration into the labour or training market. You will learn to develop suitable promotional goals with our customers, develop appropriate action strategies and accompany the implementation. This helps you to improve the opportunities for stable employment and to secure participation in social life. During these processes, you will learn about the different needs and requirements of our customers of different generations and cultures. After a successful completion of your studies, you take their holistic care.
