VERAH / EVA Activity: Home visits: independent implementation of delegated house visits to patients Patient care: chronic sick (case management), wound care Delegated medical services: implementation of EKG, LZ-RR, blood collection and vaccination Organization: interface between doctor, patient, nursing homes and nursing services Documentation: Patient care and documentation Practice activity: Reception and care of our patients Laboratory activities (blood removal) Organisation and coordination of practice processes and appointment assignment Conducting and preparing diagnostic measures (ECG, ultrasound, breathing apnoe) Administrative activities

(m/w/d) and provide solid experience in the medical sector. Ideally, you have already completed a further education on Verah / EVA. Alternatively, there is the possibility to carry out this training in our practice and thus not only to grow professionally but also personally.
