Do you want to actively shape Operational Excellence and drive sustainable improvements along our operational value creation? As Head of Operational Excellence (m/w/d), you are responsible for the introduction and further development of lean, cardiovascular and shopfloor management approaches in our operations areas, creating the basis for measurable improvements in terms of productivity, throughput times, schedule, stocks and costs. The following activities are expected: Introduction, application and further development of the Operational Excellence and Production System in the Division's Operations Divisions Implementation and sustainable anchoring of lean methods, value flow design, process standards, shopfloor management and CVP routines Planning, management and implementation of improvement and efficiency projects along the operating value chain including potential analyses, business cases and evidence of effectiveness Building and further developing a customer-number-based performance management as well as deriving and following appropriate improvement measures Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the team as well as professional management of the division-wide Operational Excellence Network Completion of executives and employees for the independent application of lean and excellence methods through training, coaching and multiplier concepts Ensuring and further developing uniform operational process standards as well as promoting the best practice and knowledge transfer across locations and areas Control and monitoring of change processes for the sustainable anchoring of a continuous improvement culture

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or a comparable field Long-term professional experience in operations and Production as well as several years of experience in production-related process optimization, lean management or comparable functions Multiannual professional and disciplinary leadership experience, ideally in multi-site or business unit structures Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Process Analysis, Value Flow Design, Shopfloor Management and Continuous Improvement; Ideally Black-Belt Certification or Comparative Qualification Experience in managing and implementing cross-departmental improvement and efficiency projects as well as significant change management skills Secure handling of MS Office, SAP as well as key figures and BI tools, ideally Power BI German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication, moderation and persuasiveness as well as a safe occurrence Global readiness
