You are the central contact person for our stock customers:inside and accompany them proactively from onboarding to implementing and successfully using our product You tune goals, KPIs and Use Cases with the customers and secure the sustainable use and adoption of the platform You translate customer requirements into specific technical and process applications You play a key role in customer loyalty and contribute your expertise in a targeted manner You act as a link between our customers: inside and inside teams, giving valuable feedback and ensuring that technical and contractual concerns are quickly and efficiently resolved You identify opportunities and risks, increase customer satisfaction and contribute to company success

You've studied Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or you've completed an alternative training with further training to the mechanical engineering technician (m/w/d), precision mechanics master (m/w/d) and/or businessman (m/w/d) You have experience with cost engineering tools, component calculations, sourcing processes or PLM systems You ideally have knowledge with the SAP-MM module (purchasing) You have very good communication and moderation capabilities You work structured, solution-oriented and independent You communicate very safely in German and English
