SAP Process Coordinator with a focus on PP (m/f/d)

You perform the support, further development and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA Module PP, the variant configuration and ideally the automotive by means of system adjustments and customizing. You work in close cooperation with the users and departments in the sense of an internal service provider and consultant. The inclusion, analysis and evaluation of requirements from the fields of production, planning and supply chain are among your tasks. In the areas of production planning, production control and fine planning, you will perform the design, customization and implementation of solutions. You ensure integration with adjacent modules (e.g. MM, SD, QM, EWM) and are in close coordination with other SAP experts. The departments will advise you on end-to-end processes (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Engineer-to-Order) and transfer specific expertise to users. You create technical specifications and coordinate implementations with SAP development (ABAP/Fiori). You will work on company-wide projects, in particular in the context of digital production processes. You ensure ongoing operation and carry out incident and problem management for the supervised modules. The technical communication with external service providers as well as the coordination of their use in the home is one of your tasks. New SAP technologies (e.g. Fiori Apps, Embedded Analitics, S/4 HANA Best Practices) observe and assess their operational potential in the manufacturing of the company. You conduct and accompany tests, trainings and rollouts as part of projects and changes. Processes and programs are documented by you.

You have a completed, at least 4-year university degree, for example in the field of (economic) informatics, economic or engineering sciences or a similar qualification. Multiannual based SAP system knowledge in the SAP modules PP (Production Planning), VC (variant configuration) and ideally IS-A (Automotive) will bring you with you. Project and consulting experience in a manufacturing company are of advantage. Your analytical, process-oriented thinking and action is what distinguishes you. Team spirit and moderation skills are your personal strengths and your work is characterised by self-employment, structuring and self-responsibility. Ideally, you already have experience in managing (part) projects. You have a routed approach to Microsoft 365. You master a very good communication in German and English (min. B2 in word and writing).
