Planning & control: Scheduled capacity planning of plants and machines as well as material supply in close coordination with the interface departments. Data acquisition & analysis: acquisition of relevant KPIs and creation of forecasts in the ERP system as a basis for production planning. Examination & Correction: Control of production data for completeness and plausibility; independent implementation of necessary corrections. inventory management: active testing of raw materials, packaging materials and auxiliaries in the ERP system; continuous monitoring of stocks; Initiation of inventory optimizations taking into account an optimal capacity utilization; Processing of internal and external orders and their disposition. Process optimization: implementation of actual analyses, optimization of the planning tool and support in the introduction of new systems.

Completed technical or commercial training; ideally further qualification (technists, masters, specialists, etc.). Found experience in production planning / control and inventory management. Knowledge in the procurement process of a producing company is advantageous. Experience with ERP and BDE systems (ideally Navision Dynamics) as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office. Analytical thinking, business management and a structured, proactive way of working. High social competence, team skills, communication strength and problem solving. Own responsibility, motivation and commitment. Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge of advantage.
