Conducting plant accounting according to HGB Collection, evaluation and booking of system access, departures and rebooking Activation of investment measures, in particular in the field of network and production Maintenance and coordination of equipment including Monitoring of durations of use and depreciation Creation of plant mirrors and associated evaluations for monthly and annual accounts Participation in audits by auditors and authorities Close cooperation with controlling, technology and other specialist departments

Closed commercial training, e.g. businessman/woman for office management, industrial businessman/woman, tax specialist, office businessman/woman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in plant or financial accounting, ideally in an energy supply company or municipal enterprise Safe handling of an ERP system and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel Good knowledge of commercial law (HGB) and the principles of proper accounting Self-contained, structured and reliable functioning as well as strong numerical affinity Teamability and Communication Strength
