As a trainer and lecturer, you convey theoretical and practical knowledge in the established procedures of non-destructive testing. Using modern technology and activating learning methods, you create a value-adding and open learning environment and thus a noticeable added value for the participants. Your area of responsibility and responsibility includes: independent organisation and implementation of training events, preparation and reconditioning of training events, support and evaluation of qualification tests, support in the (further) development of training documents and concepts; Regular own training and training as well as participation in meetings and conferences.

We are looking for a communication-strong and empathic personality that already has or wants to learn about the experience of modern adult education in the ZfP and has the pleasure of moving something together with us. You have experience in quality management or destruction-free testing, You ideally have a Master's or Diploma degree in the field of engineering, physics or in a comparable technical course or a completed technical training, You have at best qualifications according to ISO 9712 at least. stage 2 in one or more ZfP methods and solid user knowledge from the test environment, You have a safe appearance and joy in communicating demanding, technical content, You make your lectures interesting and practical. With a motivating didactics you manage to inspire participants and actively integrate them into the learning process, You are happy to actively expand our business in rail maintenance, You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing, You are ready to constantly expand your knowledge and bring travel readiness.
