Advice and support of the Group Information Security Officer (GISO) in the development and development of information security policy for the Group Operation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO/IEC 27001 and regulatory requirements (KRITIS), including the creation and maintenance of guidelines and other regulations Development and further development of safety-relevant requirements in (technical) topics such as network security, protection of applications, cloud security or physical security Advising the departments and IT on information security issues Development of safety analyses and assessment of risks, vulnerabilities and information security related events Support for information security incidents and derivation of measures Working with the Crisis Management Group Implementation of information security training and awareness-raising activities

(multiannual) professional experience in the field of information / IT / Cyber Security/ Completion of technical (technical) higher education, ideally focusing on (economic) informatics, IT or information security or comparable vocational training Experience in creating information security concepts and carrying out risk analyses Ideally, first experiences with safety-relevant standards and technologies (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, Azure Security, SAP Security, System Curing) Ideally a common certification in the field of information security (management) or IT security (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CISA) Team skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, safe occurrence and persuasiveness
