Surveying Technician or Geomatics Technician – Rural Development & Land Planning (m/f/d)

(until pay group 9a TV-L) The registered office is indefinite. The employment rate is adjusted according to the working experience up to the EC 8 of the pay O to the TV-L. Applicants already grouped with a public employer in the EC 9a can be accepted with this group of charges. The department 33 is responsible for ‘Legal development and land management’. The main areas of activity are the processing of rural land ordering procedures according to the Land Taxation Act (FlurbG) in an interdisciplinary team.

You provide evidence in the old and new stock with LEFIS and carry it on. You create thematic maps and process maps with ArcGIS, QGIS, LEFIS and GKA3. You calculate coordinates and capture geodata with GKFELD and GKA3. You process third party requests and provide information from maps and evidence. You prepare the measurement-related external service in ground-order procedures, perform it and also take over the reprocessing.

Applicants must have the following conditions: Successful completion of vocational training as surveying technician or Geomatiker/in or a qualification comparable to content and level It would also be desirable: Good knowledge of the application of surveying programs, Basic knowledge of the application of GIS programmes, Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Experience in the processing of industrial cleaning processes.
