• They are responsible for individual cases in the field of integration and homeless assistance for adults
• In particular, you design complex assistance planning and control in individual cases, including through the planning, implementation and refurbishment of overall plan and/or Participation plan conferences
• Promote and implement network and public relations, for example in the form of information events.
• In the team, you further optimize and develop the concept of case management, based on experiences and evaluation results.
• In addition, you take on expert tasks on special sub-themes.

• You have a successful training / a successful completion:
• in the 3rd level of qualification – the course of administration and finance or a comparable training which corresponds to the qualification for the 3rd level of qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Arts [Public Management]) or
• of course II of employment, or
• as a Diplom-Jurist or Diplom-Jurist (We are also pleased to receive applications from full lawyers) or,
• a completed university degree in a law-scientific, social-scientific or economic field (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor or comparable).
• You can provide at least one year of experience with the mastery of the 3rd level of qualification for the social administration in the field of integration and/or homeless assistance or in another field of social assistance.
• They have a high degree of self-responsibility and self-employment.
• The team's work will give you great pleasure.
• Increased cooperation with other service providers and providers is not a problem for you.
• You have the pleasure of dealing with people with handicap.
• You also have a strong customer orientation.
• Increased flexibility (mobile workstations, working hours) is obvious to you and the willingness to perform extensive external services is very pronounced.
