The police helicopters in Bavaria are looking for the next possible time for the Munich airport Deputy Head (m/w/d) CAMO in full time (40 hours / week) Eight helicopters of the ''Airbus Helicopters H135'' type are installed at the police helicopter station in Munich at the ''Franz Josef Strauß'' airport and at the outskirts of Roth. In 2024, the EC 135 model was replaced by the H145 model, one of the most modern police helicopters in the world. It is planned to complete the conversion to the new helicopter model by the end of 2026. The police helicopters support innovative technology, e.g. the thermal imaging camera, the fight against crime, the search for missing persons, catastrophe operations and the management of special transport and deployment situations.
