Project Manager / Civil Engineer Urban Water Management HOAI (m/f/d)

The German Wastewater Cleaning Society was founded in 1915 by Dr. Ing. Otto Mohr was founded in Wiesbaden. The company was one of the first in Germany to deal with the technical problems of environmental protection and to offer solutions. We advise cities, communities, associations and industrial companies on all issues of environmental technology, especially in the field of urban water management and occupational safety. The DAR currently employs approx. 38 employees who work together in an interdisciplinary manner from different disciplines.

You are responsible for the holistic management and control of projects in the settlement water industry, from planning through the building management to successful acceptance You control design and execution planning in close cooperation with internal specialist teams and external engineering offices You conduct the entire tendering and awarding process, including the preparation of documents, the tender evaluation and the award recommendation As a central contact person, you coordinate communication with clients, authorities and executive construction companies and ensure a smooth project execution You actively monitor appointments, costs and quality standards during the design and are responsible for the associated reporting

You bring a completed study in civil engineering and several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of urban water management In the tendering, awarding and construction management (HOAI LPH 6-8) you feel at home and bring sound knowledge with As a communication-strong personality, you can manage projects confidently and keep an overview even in complex situations Your knowledge of German is at a safe level (C1) You bring the necessary motivation and willingness to gradually take on more responsibility
