Project Operations Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Full time Start: at the next possible time Location: Wermelskirchen with possibility for mobile work

Project management & overview: You will keep an overview of the projects you are responsible for – from appointment coordination, staging and targeted integration of all internal and external interfaces. Course preparation & quality assurance: You prepare events comprehensively – from the creation of all project-specific documents to the organization of test procedures and technology to the briefing of all stakeholders. Outstanding customer support & interface management: As a face to the customer, you will address all customer concerns with the highest service orientation, act efficiently and data protection compliant to the information flow and relieve our consultants organizationally, so that You can concentrate fully on the professional customer advice. Commercial processes: You support the creation of commercial and content offers and ensure clean, timely accounting and forecasting processes. Digital Tools & Process Development: You control and optimise organizational project processes with our digital tools, continuously develop processes and actively shape cooperation in the course of interaction with Mercer.

A pronounced gift to create structures in complex and dynamic environments, to build and develop processes – also for international, group-wide cooperation. Fun to make customers happy, and enjoy working with different interfaces in the team – coupled with the ability to take responsibility independently. Very good English knowledge in word and writing and joy in communicating in international contexts; ideally also good knowledge in a second foreign language. High digital affinity: Long-term office programs you master sovereignly and bring experience with AI tools. In new digital applications you work curiously and quickly to make processes more efficient. A desire to change and to learn: You are open to change and like to actively shape them. Balance and greenliness: You go with challenges and work conscientiously and with a view to detail even at high dynamics. Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office management, hotel, event, bank) or comparable basis (e.g. bachelor studies). At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, process design or coordination of complex projects or major events.
